My Frugal Adventures has the scoop on the Rite Aid ad sales for the week! It looks like a decent week when you combine the Single Check Rebate with the P&G $50 Rebate for the coupon book especially!

Make sure you check out your ad to make sure there’s nothing missed that you may need. You can learn more about health issues by watching short videos and earning printable Rite aid coupons by going to Ad Perk. I always choose to submit my Rite Aid Single Check rebates online as soon as I have made my last purchase for the month. Make sure you keep your receipts until you have received your rebate in case of problems; you won’t be able to get your money back without the proof.

You can get $3/$15 coupons here. Also get $5/$20 from AdPerk as your reward for watching videos. but they are short and, well, who says you gotta pay attention? Split your purchases up so you can use more of those coupons and get more bang for your buck!

P&G Promotion: Spend $30 in select P&G products, get a $10 Rite Aid gift card!! Don’t forget about the other promotion to spend $50 in P&G products and get back a $100 coupon book. My Frugal Adventures has all of the coupon matches and products listed as well as a pretty good scenario to get you going with it. There are a ton of P&G product coupons available since we got another good insert today, and I’ve seen a LOT of Glade candles on clearance if they count toward the rebate. Just recently I found some of the Glade candles from Christmas for $0.75, and they make nice additions to gift baskets and bags.

One tip for shopping at Rite Aid: Rite Aid often offers $25 gift cards for transferring your prescriptions to them. Do this when you can, and use that gift card to buy your items for your Single CHeck Rebate. This will allow you to turn that gift card into cash without spending any money out of pocket. I once had almost $100 in Rite Aid gift cards. Rite Aid does not allow you to use gift cards to pay for your prescriptions, or at least ours didn’t at the time, so I had to use the gift cards for other purposes. SInce we did not shop there regularly other htan my couponing, I used the gift card to buy my rebate items and turn it into a check! Free money is awesome, especially if the prescription is cheap!

Please let us know if you find any smokin’ hot Rite Aid deals for the week!

Since I haven’t yet felt like glancing at the store ads this week I wanted to go ahead and tell you that I’m not going to be posting the drugstore ads for the week.

You can find CVS and Walgreens store deals for the week at Moms by Heart. You can find Rite Aid deals at Southern Savers. Let me know if you have any trouble with those links.

I will still have our local ads posted this week as well as a new one or two I hope! My sleep schedule is extremely messed up so most of my posting and other things get done late at night. If you e-mail me and I don’t get back to you until late at night that’s why. I’m still trying to share everything I can with you, and when I find good deals I’m going to do my best to pass it on to you.

Thank you for baring with me through the last couple of weeks. I know I keep saying it but I appreciate all of you, and better things are coming. I really love having my blog to look forward to, and knowing one or two people benefit from it really makes it worthwhile to me So thank you!

If there’s anything I can post for you, any blog ideas or tips you have, feel free to e-mail me at makingcentsoutoflife (at) gmail (d0t) com. I have a stack of things to write about but I’d love to add your ideas to the stack. If you’ve asked for something but haven’t seen it, I promise I haven’t forgotten. I’m just slow and addicted to smileys apparently

Rite Aid is unveiling their yearly Gift of Savings promotion, and it can be a sweet money-maker for all of you who take advantage of their rebate program!
Here’s how the Gift of Savings works:

Save your receipts from November 22 through December 24

Enter the information at RA.com

Your gift certificate will be mailed to your home!

It definitely would be better if you earned back cash BUT as always you can turn those gift certificates into cash easily through their rebate program.

The spending guidelines are as follows:

Spend over $100- Get $20 back

Spend $50-$100- Get $10 back

Spend $25-$50- Get $5 back

Those goals are easily attainable when you’re doing the rebates at Rite Aid, and you can turn this into a money maker. Rite Aid also has a few great deals each season so it’s easy to pick up a few Christmas gifts there to help raise your total and get your reward!

This week’s CVS deals are definitely not as great as the past few weeks, but can we really complain?

I’ll do special posts with any new deals I find The beginning of this week is kind of hectic in my home but the latter part of the week you’ll have my undivided attention. I promise.
